Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Savvy Business Accelerator, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. Please review our policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subscription Cancellations

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting our customer service team at hello@savvybusinessaccelerator.com.
• Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after the end of the billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are eligible for requests made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be honored.

2.2 Refund Process

• To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@savvybusinessaccelerator.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
• Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Processing time includes initiation of refund, we cannot accurate account for when the funds are reflected on your account.

3. Merchant Fees

3.1 Non-Refundable Merchant Fees

• Please note that all refunds are subject to the deduction of any applicable merchant fees.
• Merchant fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. These fees cover the costs incurred by our payment processor to handle your transaction.

3.2 Fee Structure

• The merchant fees deducted are as follows:
  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: 2.9% of the transaction amount.
  • PayPal Payments: 2.9% of the transaction amount plus $30.
  • Other Payment Methods: Bank wire fee of $30 per transaction.

3.3 Example

• If you purchased a subscription for $100 and the applicable merchant fee is 3%, the refundable amount will be $97 ($100 - $3 merchant fee).
